Daily Sports
Greece Olympics
Today we had a great day. Yoga on the beach, sport circuits and a very competitive Greek Olympics. Our Olympics included doing laps in the hotel pool, discus across the beach, doing summersaults off beds, inch worming down the hotel halls and a photo finish where all teams had to dive off the dock into the sea.
The day of exercise
Today in class we started off with an optional seaside jog/walk, then we proceeded to do a sport circuit for half an hour, followed by half an hour of yoga, a thirty minute Zumba class, a dance lesson, kickboxing and rugby. We are one well worked out group.
In order to fuel up alot of us went out for lunch and enjoyed leisurely meals at Greek taverna's.

Our paradise
We are officially in Crete and have been enjoying the sea, the morning beach side yoga and fitness. The teachers are learning that a two hour lunch and an afternoon siesta can work wonders for rejuvenating after a long school year.
Post--from a course candidate*
I am in paradise right now. Breakfast with an ocean view, yoga by the sea and the waves to calm the most stressed individual. It will be hard leaving such a serene and epic memory with new friends, new family members and great teaching staff!
Love ya!!!

Athens
After a long flight from Canada we arrived at our gorgeous hotel in Athens, where we walked around the Plaka during the daytime and sat on our rooftop patio with the view of acropolis at night. We are all happy to be here and have realized that the political climate in Greece, is more tame that the media insinuated.
